Simon spends many long hours out in the hills of the Brecon beacons waiting for light and chasing the weather, studying compositions and the environment. This attention to detail is continued into the finished piece of art from the quality of printing paper and mount to the framing material and construction. To quote Simon " to waste all the hours out in wild welsh hills by printing on shoddy materials is not going to happen"
Photographic prints are produced on Fuji Crystal Archive II paper using a Durst Lambda printer to ensure brilliant colour and authentic impression. This exposure system has long had an unrivalled reputation for precision exposure and traditional photo-chemical development with connoisseurs across the world. With a certified true-to-colour promise of 75 years we are able to provide gallery quality archival prints to last a lifetime.
Canvas prints are produced using a premium 6-colour print process. This produces remarkable colour and saturation while being water and light resistant. Your print is stretched over a custom made solid wood frame from sustainable forestry. The warp resistant frame is strengthened three times in each corner with metal struts ensuring gallery quality for your print.
Frames are of museum quality and have a profile of 40mm wide by 30mm deep as standard. However we understand that sometimes the frame and mount need to reflect the style of the room décor we highly recommend you give us a call (01873 857008) to discuss the finer details of a bespoke frame.
